Change Your Thinking. Change Your Life.
Our Mission:
Knowledge. Rights. Voice. Action.
M.O.V.E.S. Make Our Voices Educationally Supportive exists to help citizens of the United States better understand their constitutional rights, civic responsibilities, and the democratic processes through which their voices can be heard.
Our mission is to provide accessible political and civic education that empowers citizens with knowledge of the U.S. Constitution, Constitutional Law, Political Science, and legal terminology. Through education, we seek to help individuals better understand their rights and the lawful avenues available to them for participating in the democratic process.
M.O.V.E.S. will use educational programs, community initiatives, digital resources, social media, email, and other lawful educational avenues to reach citizens throughout the United States. We envision opportunities for free educational classes and resources that make civic knowledge more understandable and accessible.
We believe an informed citizenry is essential to a strong democracy. By helping people understand their rights and the power of organized, lawful civic participation including petition processes and voter ballot initiatives where applicable we seek to encourage constructive engagement and reduce the reliance on confrontation and civil unrest as a means of being heard.
Our belief is simple: knowledge gives people the power to understand, participate, and make their voices count.
Our Programs and Services
Constitutional Education
M.O.V.E.S. provides educational opportunities focused on the U.S. Constitution and the rights and protections it provides to citizens. Our goal is to make constitutional concepts and legal terminology easier to understand so individuals can become more informed advocates for themselves and their communities.
Civic & Political Education
Our programs introduce citizens to the fundamentals of Political Science, civic participation, and the processes through which people can make their voices heard. We seek to help people understand how organized, informed participation can influence public discussion and the democratic process.
Citizen Empowerment
M.O.V.E.S. teaches citizens about the collective power they possess when they are informed, organized, and engaged. Through educational resources and lawful civic engagement including petition processes and voter ballot initiatives where applicable we encourage people to pursue change through knowledge, participation, and their constitutional rights.
